Ragtime Records
Ragtime Records is a small, independent, Birmingham-based record label. The label specialises in Electro Swing music and has close ties with Birmingham outfit Electric Swing Circus as well as other acts.
We were asked to produce a logo that included reference to a jester as this is a key theme of Ragtime’s existing identity. We decided to illustrate a jester’s face as the main part of the logo, capturing the energy of Electro Swing within his slightly manic expression.
